Join us for an awesome 2 Half-day Intensive Interactive Virtual Women’s Business Bootcamp with tools and support to explore and test ideas to start and progress your business. This Bootcamp is designed for women with innovative ideas, who are at the start-up stage or ready to grow their business. In this online bootcamp, you will learn how to reset and re-imagine your innovative entrepreneurial journey by using innovative smart tools.

This virtual bootcamp is also ideal for those entrepreneurs who would like to progress their business further through the WiRE Hub Program, since the bootcamp will equip you to make faster progress in the hub program than would otherwise be possible. The WiRE Hub Program is also ideal to do so with the support of a network of like-minded women whose businesses are at a similar stage as yours.

What to Expect in the Virtual Interactive Business Building, AI and Marketing Bootcamp

• A two half-day, 10 hours (including introductions and short breaks), intensive practical bootcamp with tools, strategies and support to explore and test ideas to reset and re-imagine your business;

• Interactive virtual group sessions to develop capability and systems to grow your business;

• Practical application of skills and development of a clear action pathway for implementing new learnings;

• Support from experienced facilitators and like-minded women entrepreneurs;

• Meet, share and build new networks with like-minded peers throughout Rural, Regional and Remote Queensland;

• A WiRE Bootcamp Workbook that participants will use during the Bootcamp.

  Bootcamp Day 1: Building and Executing a Digital Business Model

  This bootcamp will focus on the practical aspects of setting up (or pivoting) a digital business, product, or service, including creating a minimum viable innovative product, building a digital presence, and executing. Participants will engage in hands-on activities to develop and launch a digital product or service.

  • The Optimum Business structure to navigate the contemporary business landscape

  • Building a digital presence

  • Creating or ensuring a minimum viable product

  • Achieving product-market fit

  Bootcamp Day 2: AI-Driven Business Building, Marketing and Growth

  This bootcamp will concentrate on leveraging AI to accelerate taking your business to the next level and grow or scale your business. Participants will learn how to incorporate AI into their business, job, and workflow. Gaining insights into Live demonstrations of AI and ML platforms will provide insights into adopting AI effectively.

  • Practical tools to accelerate business and grow your business using AI

  • Staying on top of new AI trends & emerging platforms

  • Marketing with AI

  • Promoting your business on Social Media

  • Setting up an automated sales funnel

  • How to write marketing content with AI without getting penalised

  • Instilling a test & learn philosophy

  By the end of the Bootcamp, participants will have built a go-to-market strategy for their product or service of choice and know how to get to product-market fit. They will also have the tools to be able to promote their product and the strategy for building awareness and generating sales.
