Webinar : Kick Start Your Mentoring for Growth

What to Expect

This webinar is for anyone wanting to kick start their mentoring skills.  Furthermore, as s part of the WiRE program we are looking to recruit women, who whilst they are going on their self and business development in the program, also are keen to develop their mentoring skills.  Suitable mentors will have the opportunity to take on the role of Hub Mentor for the WiRE hub program and support up to 6 women in a virtual hub on a weekly basis for 12 weeks. Viewing this webinar is a prerequisite to becoming a Hub Mentor.  Some WiRE Mentors may also be available to attend face to face boot camps across the region to support women during the boot camp sessions. Others attending this webinar may just be keen to get into the mentoring game in their own context, community and environment.

This initial one hour webinar on mentorship is an introductory session that will outline what is involved in mentoring generally but more specifically on the WiRE program plus some introductory content to help you decide if you are interested in participating in the WiRE program as a Hub leader and mentor.

What will be covered?
